Fjord Black Cork Table Set for 4 — 11 Pieces

Make a striking, practical table for four with the distinctive Fjord Black cork finish. This 11-piece CorkMart table set brings together four Fjord Black cork placemats, six slim natural cork coasters and one substantial dark round cork trivet. Honey-toned natural cork fragments against a deep black background create an expressive surface, while the understated coasters and darker trivet give the table a coordinated, balanced look.

What's included? 11 useful pieces

• 4 Fjord Black cork placemats — rectangular with rounded corners, 400 × 300 × 3 mm (40 × 30 cm) each, for four place settings.
• 6 Slim Round natural cork coasters — Ø90 × 5 mm (9 cm diameter) each, for cups, glasses and extra drinks.
• 1 Dark Round cork trivet — Ø200 × 20 mm (20 cm diameter) with a dark cork top and natural cork edge, for shared serving dishes.

A bold contrast that works every day

The Fjord Black placemats bring natural character and strong contrast to the table, particularly with white stoneware or clear glass. Six plain natural coasters soften the overall composition, while the separate 20 mm dark cork trivet creates a central resting place for a suitable serving dish. Every piece can also be used on its own, so this is more than a decorative set.

Everyday use and care

Use on a clean, dry and level table. The slim placemats are intended for dinnerware and cutlery, and the coasters for everyday cups and glasses; neither replaces a thick trivet beneath hot cookware. Use the separate 20 mm trivet for an appropriately sized warm serving dish. Do not use cork to lift or carry hot pans. Keep away from open flames and direct heating elements. Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let the pieces dry thoroughly before stacking. Do not soak or place in a dishwasher; avoid abrasive cleaners.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can use the Fjord Black table set?

Four people can each have a rectangular placemat. The set also includes six coasters and one shared round trivet.

Do the coasters and trivet have exactly the same Fjord Black pattern?

No. The four placemats feature the Fjord Black cork design. The six coasters are plain natural cork, and the 20 mm trivet has a complementary dark cork finish with a natural cork edge.

What size is the trivet?

The included trivet is 200 mm in diameter and 20 mm thick. Other sizes are sold separately and are not included in this fixed set.

Are the placemats suitable for hot pans?

The 3 mm placemats are intended for place settings, not as hot-pan trivets. Use the thicker, separate trivet beneath a suitably sized warm serving dish.

Can I purchase the components separately?

Yes. Fjord Black placemats, Slim Round natural cork coasters and the Dark Round cork trivet are also sold individually by CorkMart.
