Production and dispatch time

This product is made to order. A digital proof is required before production. Personalised orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 5–15 business days after approval of the proof, depending on quantity. Carrier transit time is additional and starts after dispatch.

The cork-granule surface offers a different visual texture from a single-piece natural cork. The selected pack contains 100 stoppers in the 44 × 24 mm format.

Preparing your artwork

Provide your logo or text through the product personalisation workflow, including the desired engraving size, position and order quantity. A vector file such as PDF, SVG, AI or EPS is preferred where available; a clear high-resolution image can also be reviewed.

Confirm the engraving scope, final layout and any artwork preparation requirements before production. Engraving contrast and detail vary with the artwork, its size and the cork surface; a visual preview is not a guarantee of identical colour or texture on every piece.

Important for your project

The listed dimensions describe the product, not the available engraving area. Do not assume that a design can cover an entire face or that an additional engraved side is included unless it is explicitly confirmed in the selected configuration.

For bottling, confirm the bottle-neck specification, filling equipment, beverage and any pressure requirements separately from the engraving design. Personalisation does not establish sealing performance, food-contact compliance or an ageing period.

Preparation and delivery

Personalised products: preparation takes 5–15 business days.

Orders placed before 12:00 (Lisbon time) on a business day start preparation that day; later orders start on the next business day.

Portugal and Spain: estimated transit of 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Outside the EU, import duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in a quotation.
