How do I choose a cork product?
Check the dimensions, intended use and installation requirements on the product page. Ask for guidance when you need a specific performance or document.
Can I order a sample?
Sample formats depend on the product. CorkLayer has a single-tile sample; check the selected variant and price before buying.
Do I need a quote to buy?
No. Buy available products directly from their product page. Request a quote for bulk quantities, customization or orders without an automatic freight rate.
When will my order arrive?
Standard in-stock orders normally need 2–5 business days before dispatch, plus carrier transit. Specific product lead times, destination and customs may change the total.
Is shipping free?
Only eligible orders and destinations qualify. The shipping policy explains thresholds and exclusions; the applicable option is shown at checkout.
Can I return an order?
Consumers generally have 14 calendar days after receipt to notify withdrawal from an eligible online purchase, then 14 days to return it. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer.
