Production and dispatch time

This product is made to order. A digital proof is required before production. Personalised orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 5–15 business days after approval of the proof, depending on quantity. Carrier transit time is additional and starts after dispatch.

Preparing your artwork

Provide your logo or artwork through the product personalisation workflow. A vector file such as PDF, SVG, AI or EPS is preferred where available; a high-resolution image can also be reviewed. The achievable engraving size and detail depend on the artwork itself, so final placement and scale should be confirmed before production.

What to expect from laser engraving

Laser engraving creates a tonal mark in the cork rather than a printed colour. Contrast and fine detail can vary slightly with the artwork, engraving size and natural surface variation, which is part of the material character rather than a print defect.

Care

Wipe gently with a dry or lightly damp cloth and allow to dry fully. Do not soak or clean in a dishwasher.

Preparation and delivery

Personalised products: preparation takes 5–15 business days.

Orders placed before 12:00 (Lisbon time) on a business day start preparation that day; later orders start on the next business day.

Portugal and Spain: estimated transit of 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Outside the EU, import duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in a quotation.
