The 183 cm length and 65 cm width give you room for standing, seated and floor-based movements, while the 4 mm thickness maintains a low-profile format. Its construction combines a cork textile upper surface with an EPDM base.

Care

Wipe the cork-textile surface gently with a lightly damp cloth when needed and allow the mat to dry completely before rolling or storing. Avoid soaking.
