Aquarios - Cork Wall Tile

Aquarios is a 3 mm decorative cork wall tile made in Portugal, defined by a dark charcoal background and contrasting natural cork shapes. Its irregular light and dark composition gives interior walls a distinctive graphic character.

Material character and interior applications

Large organic areas of beige and brown cork stand against the darker ground. Use Aquarios as a focal surface in dining rooms, living areas or hospitality lounges, balancing its pronounced pattern with simpler adjoining materials. The appearance is cork, not a stone slab; variations in tone, grain and the distribution of shapes are part of the material.

Formats and pack coverage

Quantity 1 means one selected pack. Choose the format and pack in the variant selector. Compare its coverage with your wall area and allow additional material for cuts and layout; coverage excludes installation waste.

Finish, installation and care

Natural cork with a decorative surface and wax (paraffin) finish. Install with a compatible adhesive on a clean, dry, flat and sound interior wall. Follow the adhesive manufacturer's instructions and review the tile arrangement before bonding. Adhesive is not included.

Remove dust with a soft cloth. Avoid soaking and abrasive cleaning; keep the wall surface dry.

Before specifying

Will every tile have the same pattern?

No. Natural cork varies in grain, colour and pattern distribution between pieces and production batches.

Is Aquarios a technical insulation panel?

No. It is a 3 mm decorative wall covering. Do not treat it as a complete soundproofing or thermal-insulation system.

For an interior project enquiry, contact CorkMart with the wall area, substrate and intended application.
