Samba is a 3 mm decorative cork wall tile made in Portugal, with broad irregular cork flakes, warm natural tones and darker fissures between fragments. Its layered appearance gives dry interior walls a strong material identity.
Material character and interior applications
Flatter cork fragments sit alongside smaller pieces and darker gaps, producing a detailed surface rather than a uniform granular pattern. Use Samba for living rooms, bedrooms or hospitality feature walls where the cork should be a focal element. Simple adjoining finishes help balance its visual richness. Tone, flake size and fragment distribution vary naturally between tiles and production batches.

Finish, installation and care
Natural cork with a decorative surface and wax (paraffin) finish. Bond to a clean, dry, flat and sound interior wall using a compatible adhesive and its manufacturer's instructions. Plan the arrangement before fixing. Adhesive is not included.
Dust with a soft cloth or wipe gently with a lightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals.
Before specifying
Are all Samba tiles identical?
No. Differences in cork flakes, tone, pores and darker fissures are part of the natural surface character.
Is it a complete insulation or wet-area system?
No. This decorative tile is not a standalone soundproofing or thermal-insulation system. Specify dry interior use and avoid direct water exposure unless the complete wall system is designed for it.
