Use & care

Use on clean, dry and level surfaces. Always check that the item being served is fully supported. These are table trivets, not potholders for carrying hot cookware; protection depends on heat and contact time. Keep away from direct flames and heating elements. Wipe with a damp cloth and let dry completely; do not soak or put in the dishwasher.

Preparation and delivery

Standard in-stock products are normally prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Orders placed before 12:00 (Lisbon time) on a business day start preparation that day; later orders start on the next business day.
